About

I work in an emergent way. What does this mean?

I work in a flexible, responsive way—shaped by your needs and guided by what naturally emerges from you/your team/community. This allows us to adapt in real time, making space for meaningful contributions and stronger outcomes.

I’m not just delivering sessions; I’m thinking with you, preparing the ground so participants arrive informed, connected, and ready.  That might look like a walk meeting,  short video or some pre-session questions. During our time together, we’ll use tools to explore, play, and uncover what really matters. Afterwards, we’ll consider how to build on what’s been learned, from asynchronous follow-ups to simple ways of sustaining momentum.

Think of it as a shared bubble: I’m your thinking partner, holding the process bubble, respecting  your expertise, and helping translate insight into lasting change.

Facilitator / Coach / Thinking Partner / Learning Experience Designer / Social Impact Enabler

Facilitating to empower people in making sense of complex work, which creates big change.
All rooted in connection.

I have a 25 year track record of bringing people together to make meaningful things happen.
I understand the joys and challenges of government, charity, digital and arts sectors, because I have worked inside and alongside them. I believe play needs a re-brand and that it unlocks fresh thinking. I’m also a believer in meeting differently for greater impact.

People come to me when they:

  • are in a time of flux and want to strengthen team relationship
  • need to shake up silo working to influence systems change
  • want to explore neuroinclusive approaches to enable fresh thinking

And what I do is:

  • Create space to think with action > personal and professional coaching using strategies for change
  • Create connected teams > Support relationship building, hone decision making & storytelling skills
  • Create tangible outputs > Map out processes, principles & knotty problems

Longer process facilitation, away days, workshop events, group & individual coaching

Bio – Learning & Development in Leadership
Olivia understands organisational dynamics through her time working at large institutions like the Mayor of London’s Community Engagement Team, where she experienced first hand how to tackle silo working through collaborative task forces.

She is comfortable guiding leaders in their challenges having run learning programmes at Apolitical to serve a global community of decision makers at C Suite, using creative visualisation and play strategies for motivation and goal setting.

At Deloitte and charity, Blueprint for All, the team won an award for a huge digital transformation piece of work. She coached the team to help think through priorities on the product’s development and has worked with smaller creative orgs like Stanley Arts to help them rethink evaluation and community engagement.

Through her 20 year professional track record, her focus is on mindset transformation and self-leadership. She puts accessibility first to ensure inclusive environments. Her portfolio career has spanned government, edtech, the arts and she understands the entrepreneurial lens having set up film festivals and broader creative initiatives. Traveling and using her Spanish is becoming more important to her aswell as making time to dance.
