I had a crystallizing moment after delivering 2 full days of collective thinking with the Commonwealth Foundation. Facilitation is my challenging and joyful space and I want more of it.

1] Working with the recently merged Creative & Advocacy team to develop new and aligned messaging, create a blueprint for ways of working, start to bring in Futures Thinking to what big ideas they can start to develop together

2] Holding space for the whole organisation to explore their achievements, unpack their Strategic Results Framework and think differently with the Lego Serious Play method.

The best bit of feedback I think I ever had was after these. ‘I trust you and feel safe in your hands’.
