I’m collaborating with GLA teams and wider boroughs to explore the framework behind this index. How can the measures that define ‘civic strength’ be used to inform the work of policy makers, funders and community organisations? Positioning this as a knowledge tool, it has the potential to support outcomes and evaluation frameworks for socially focussed programmes.
