Beyond happy about the new project. http://www.trinitybuoywharf.com/ – is a special place and it’s ten years ago I stumbled across it. The long uncertain walk from the DLR, passing the birds and the view of the O2, then arriving at the containers, the diner, the feel of a film set, nicely stuck in a time.
Five years ago I worked with Annette Mees, David Varela and Adam Mendez to produce a test audio walk at Trinity Buoy Wharf. It was fun, involved Brandy and led to me making a couple of other audio walks. I’m back now to develop a new and longer audio walk in a space that has seen changes in a short time but still keeps it’s disorientating and exciting heart. I guess that’s London all over.
